At Bitstocks I boosted retention during public distrust within the industry, increased the KYC completion 33% by streamlining the UX, identified painpoints with blocked user accounts which led to shipping a secrity flag system along with internal fincrime tools to reduce the fraud false positive rate by 36% and increased the DAU. I also deigned an intelligent incentive scheme that rewards users long-term.
